I have been coming to this office for many years. My parents came here when it opened up in 2000. So that means I have been to this office for 23 years. The care is wonderful and the doctors and the staff are very caring. So if you need therapy, come here

Doctor Dmitriy Fuzaylov been treating me since 2016 due to my accident. He is an excellent doctor which he explains thoroughly any procedure that he will do. He takes his time to explain the effects and and he will make you very comfortable in every visit in his office. My immediate family also seen him and we love him as our pain management doctor. I highly recommend him if you are looking for a certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation pain management.

Doctor Dimitriy Fuzaylov is by far and without any doubt the most professional, knowledgable physician it has ever been my privilage to know. He consistantly makes the well being of his patients his primary motive in his chosen vocation. He practices the ethics and the basic tenants of the hypocratic oath which espouses above all else that a doctor's first priority "should be to do no harm". And yet doctor Fuzaylov is never over cautious in treating the afflictions of his clients. And I beleive this progressive approach to his daily medical challenges stems from his extensive familiarity with his specialized field of study in treating the various forms of somatic pain which his many patients are afflicted with. It is a distinct honor to know doctor Dimitriy Fuzaylov, and I have come to know him well over the years. Dr Dmitryi Fuzayluv is the best, attentive and knowledgeable and truly cares for his patients. He also gives you preventative care info such as daily exercise to improve and maintain one’s health.My brother and my self had excellent results with the treatments he has given. I trust his expertise. The therapist are excellent and the office staff are helpful and friendly. All the doctors in the office are great. Dr Yuliya is wonderful, knowledgeable and thorough. She make me feel like family. Love, love this place and the people.

Dr Dmitryi Fuzayluv is the best. He truly cares and is very attentive and knowledgeable with my brother and me. I trust him with my brother, blindly. Dr. Fuzaylov was friendly, knowledgeble, and empathetic. He read through the medical documentation carefully, listened to my story while questioning further. He reflected on the advice I was given by another medical expert for a different issue that some believe is exacerbated, by pressure on the nerve. He demonstrated scientific inquiry by having me take one additional xray for further review. I did not feel it was a waste of time. This is exactly what I expect from medical professionals and what I also feel is sometimes lacking. I appreciate the fusion of thinking to solve problems and am very happy with the medical attention received by this office.

I visited Dr Fuzaylov twice, I decided I would choose another physician. I can’t have anyone waste my time and tell me the degree of my pain and what they are willing to do in order to benefit there goals. He also preferred my workers comp insurance over my personal insurance! So what is that telling you the people? He would prefer to get more, but do less for my benefit. So I will not be a patient of Dr Fuzaylov. Sorry it’s not gonna work out, he seems like a nice guy!
